I’ve been in the graphic design business since I graduated from Philadelphia College of Art (now known as the University of the Arts), in 1983. I have worked on both Mac and PC operating systems since 1987. For over ten years, I have designed from my home-based office for printers, marketing agencies, brokers and directly with organizations and businesses. My home office includes two Macintosh G5's with software that includes Adobe Creative SuitesCS3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Indesign, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver), QuarkXpress 7 and Windows Office for Macs. It also includes a Mac G4 with Photoshop 6, Adobe Illustrator 8, QuarkXpress 4.11 and MS Office. From business cards to annual reports—logos to letterhead, I approach every project with equal passion. I also pride myself with being a designer that knows the printing trade inside and out, and prepares all electronic files ready for trouble-free output. I’m also very efficient at typesetting. Plus, with a large collection of clip art, royalty-free photo discs and font libraries, most projects can be created well within budget. |
